Who are we?

           I really love fine food, it was inevitable. Grandma grew-up in a farm and used to cook traditional country style cuisine from Central France. Then my dad cooked cuisine from Lyon and mixed it with tastes from North Africa. And Mum... well Mum just loved eating and cooking any kind of food. So... a decent meal could only be one with mixed entrées, meat or fish with sauces and vegetables cooked slowly with herbs. As I said, it was inevitable, growing up with great cooks and wonderful flavours…
